Hi there.
just installed GPGtools to encrypt my mails.
now i can’t find any of my in safari saved passwords and i can access my laptop without typing in my password.
what the heck is going on ?
i can’t see my passwords in keychain

I did expect that i can encrypt my mail and nothing else, why are you taking all my passwords?

    Hi Simon,

welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.

Does the problematic behavior persist after a restart?

There is a bug in Apple Keychain which we already reported. We have yet to hear back from Apple though. The behavior you describe could be caused by that bug.

Could you install all security updates from Apple and see if that changes the behavior? For 10.13 10.13.6 is the latest release and there have been several security updates after that.

    All the best,
