welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.
The other user returned to working state.
We've had reports about this problem and also have had a debugging session with a user. But we've been unable so far, to reliable trigger or reproduce the problem. In all cases so far, storing the password in macOS keychain started to work again as expected after a while.
Does the problem for you persist after a restart of your mac? Can you share exact macOS and GPG Suite version?
P.S.: We would kindly ask you to create a new discussion, whenever you need assistance with GPG Suite, even if your problem looks similar to the one you are replying to. While the symptoms are often very much alike, the root cause often differs. Having separate discussions allows to focus better on your particular issue.
