When outputting as ASCII Armor, I would like to be able to encrypt plain text with RSA as opposed to the hybrid cipher. If the plain text is too large then I would like for GPG to divide it into pieces that are small enough to be encrypted with RSA and then encrypt the individual pieces.

Also, I would like for this feature to be a software update for legacy versions of your application.

Expected
This is a feature request.

Additional info
There are probably plenty of users that would like to have this feature.
