Which of our tools is giving you problems? Kleopatra

Attach a screenshot of the version info for all installed components (how to: https://gpgtools.tenderapp.com/kb/faq/where-can-i-find-version-info...): Version 3.1.11-Gpg4win-3.1.11

Describe your problem. Add as much detail as possible. Downloaded and installed GPG on Win 10 15 minutes ago. Used long passphrase developed by my password manager program. I saved my passphrase in the password manager program. I created my keys. I attempted to add an email address to my keys. Entered the email address and was asked for my passphrase. COPIED the passphrase out of my password manager program and Kleopatra says it is not correct!!

Arggh!? Please help.

What did you expect instead That it would recognize the passphrase I carefully stored.

Describe steps leading to the problem. See above.

Are you using any other Mail.app plugins? No. Have not even opened Outlook since I installed GPG.

    Hi Dennis,

welcome to the GPGTools support platform.

It seems you are running Windows OS. GPG Suite currently supports macOS, the mac operating system, only. We are very busy maintaining GPG Suite as is with the small team size we have. So sadly expanding to other platforms is out of scope at the moment.

If you are looking for an OpenPGP solution for windows, please visit https://www.gpg4win.de/index.html or get in touch with the gnupg users mailling list.

    All the best,
