GPG Mail: Apple Compatibility / Unable to retrieve 2019.2

I’ve followed the GPG Mail instructions to upgrade, but the version shows 2019.1.
My MacBook is on Catalina and 13.4.
I’m unable to decrypt mail.

I expect it to work as I’ve paid for support.

    can you share the instructions you followed?

    GPG Suite 2019.2 which comes with GPG Mail 4 and adds macOS Catalina compatibility is available on our website Automatic updates will still follow.

    Please download and install GPG Suite 2019.2.
