Hi Ivan,
welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.
Just to make sure GPG Mail is not at fault here, could you please temporarily disable GPG Mail by de-selecting it in
Mail › Preferences › General › Manage Plug-ins
Does this problem then persist?

If the issue persists, could you restart your mac and let us know if the issue then is still happing.

Another user reported they were seeing the same messages. In their case it turned out to be a problem between Mail.app and Office 365.
