<p>welcome to the GPGTools support platform.</p>
<p>If you have a public key of someone, but the key does not use any email address, you can not send an encrypted email to that person.</p>
<p>But you can write your message, then encrypt that message with GPG Services to the public key you have (and to your own public key, if you want to be able to read the msg in question at a later point in time) and then send the encrypted text via email.</p>
