MacGPG: activation passphrase

I cannot send test email because I don’t know and can’t find activation passphrase. Please help

    Hi there,

    welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.

    Could you post a screenshot of what you are seeing when being asked for activation?

    To test GPG Mail, the activation screen should offer a button to "Start Trial" or "Continue Trial". Does that button not show for you?

    Another thought comes to mind: Or are you seeing a "pinentry" dialog asking for the passphrase of your OpenPGP key?

    We created a new key. Old key with lost password should probably be revoked.

    That means without the password for the old key, messages encrypted to that public key can not be decrypted.

    Make sure to share the new public key with your contacts so that they encrypt their messages to you with the correct public key.
