Hi Pau,
welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.
You are running a very old version of GPG Suite. Could you update to GPG Suite 2018.5 and let us know if the problem then persists? Sadly the key servers have been a bit unreliable lately. This could be related to the fact that they were abused to distribute magnet torrent links. We are looking into details and hope they will soon stabilize again.
