I am experiencing the same thing. I had previously only installed GPG Keychain, but I just ran the installer again and installed the mail plugin.

I have a key matching the email account used in Mail.app (The account was added through System Preferences > Internet Accounts. It is a G Suite account.

    Hi Jack,

welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.

If you have just recently upgraded to macOS Mojave and can‘t find any signs of GPG Mail: Apple disables any installed plugins after installation and they have to be enabled manually.

Let me know if this did the trick.

    Best,
    Steve
