GPG Mail: keychain passphrase
1 Open mail after the device is in sleep mode or has been idle
2 GPGMail attempts to encrypt, decrypt or sign a message
3 GPGMail demands the passphrase for the message
4 “store in keychain” is selected for the passphrase
5 GPGMail continues to prompt for the passphrase
Expected
As I have selected “store in keychain” for the passphrase, I expect that I will not be prompted for the passphrase each time that I open Mail after sleep mode etc

Hi Jim,
welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.
Please excuse the late reply, we are deeply sorry for not responding earlier. The amount of feedback we received in regards to the GPG Suite 2018.4 release was overwhelming. We are doing our best to catch up as fast as we can.
Could you please download and install our latest hotfix GPG Suite and see if that solves your problem. Send yourself and encrypted and signed email and store the password in macOS keychain.
Then oepn the received email.
Repeat process. Once you repeat the process are you again being asked for your password?
All the best,
Steve
Disclaimer: This is a development version which has not been thoroughly tested yet - bugs or crashes are to be expected. Thanks for helping us test.
