I wonder if they've gone into hiding. There haven't been any posts from their "Support" team for quite some time now.

As you are probably aware we received an overwhelming amount of feedback in regards to the GPG Suite 2018.4 release - both positive and negative. We are doing our best to catch up as fast as we can.
Are you also seeing issues with your activation of GPG Mail or running into any trouble we can help you with?
