does anybody has the previous installer?! Maybe a solution to downgrade.

welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.
GPG Suite 2018.3 is here: https://releases.gpgtools.org/GPG_Suite-2018.3.dmg
The beta of GPG Mail included in that release has expired though.
