GPGMail: does not install in mac mail

I just ran install for the 2nd time and GPG mail will not install into mac mail. I followed all instructions.

Expected
Expected to see GPG tools drop down tab in top right and the lock and sign button on subject line

   welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.

   We are in the midst of preparing the next release of GPG Suite. Until that is ready, please download and install our latest hotfix GPG Suite and see if that solves your problem.
