GPGMail: GPGMail Plugin crashes on Message with encrypted Fileattachment

On my MacBook Pro with High Sierra 10.13.6 crashes the GPGMail Plugin. Current, i have no more Details. Only a Dialog appears with Crashreport.

GPGMail was installes from Bundes with Version 2018.3.

Remove, Reboot, Install does not help my problen

   could you please install our latest release of GPG Suite 2018.5 from https://gpgtools.org
   We believe that your crash is fixed in that release.
