Hi,

After upgrading GPG Key Chain to Version 1.4.4 (1460) on MAC OSX 10.9.5, and probably after doing some mistake, each time I click on encrypted file, decrypting is automatically performed, without prompting me to enter the passphrase (which was not previously the case).
I did removed I MAC OSX keychains all passwords related to GPG, however automate decoding still occur.

Where should I remove the option to automatically decrypt files.

Thanks in advance
Robert

    Hi Robert,

please see this KB-article on how to manage passwords for your keys.

From what I understand you would want to disable the "Store in macOS keychain" option and set the caching time to a value that fits your needs or disable the caching.

Let me know if this answered your question.

    All the best,
    steve

Many thanks for your quick answer.
I was not looking for the right login in the MACOSX keychain
