Apple mail not sending messages encrypted.

Expected
Should send as usual

Additional info
“This message cannot be encrypted because Mail has not finished finding public keys for all participants. Do you want to send the message without encryption?”

    Hi John,

    are you able to reproduce the problem? How many recipients are you writing to? Are you positive you have a public key for each of the recipients?

    Also are you maybe forwarding a message when this happens?
