Issue with GPG Keychain

I'm trying to export my secret key, when I'm asked for my passphrase I'm putting in the passphrase and it's rejecting it, I'm yet to use a my key for anything so I don't mind resetting it, I just need to know how? If I create a new key it still asks me for the old passphrase.

   Hi Josse,

   welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.

   You can revoke the current key and create a new key. Make sure to test the new key and do let us know if your setup then works as expected.
