GPGMail: GPGMail loses some emails on smartcard failure (Apple rdar://22828028)
When my Yubikey isn't inserted, and I cancel the request to insert it, GPGMail deletes the email rather than sending it.
Steps to reproduce:
0. Make sure that your smart card isn't in the machine
1. Compose an email with encryption or signing
2. Send the mail, but cancel the request to insert the smart card
GPGMail tries to send the mail, and mail shows the progress of the mail being sent.
But the mail isn't in the sent mailbox, or the draft mailbox, and it isn't reopened for editing.
Expected
When the smart card is not inserted, GPGMail re-opens the mail for editing.
Mail is in at least one of the draft mailbox, and the sent mailbox.

A few more details: The problem at hand is caused by a bug in macOS Mail.app. We reported this issue to Apple in october 2015 as rdar://22828028.
Please use their feedback form to inform Apple about this problem and ask them kindly to consider investing the time to fix this bug. It may help to add the rdar numbers, so they know which issue you are referring to.
We've updated the bug with Apple and emphasized the fact that this bug results in data loss.
Kind regards,
steve

Hi Tim,
this issue should be fixed. If you want to test the fix, please download our latest hotfix GPG Suite. That page also has Signature file and SHA1 to verify the download.
We are in the midst of preparing the next release so feedback would be highly appreciated. If you have a few minutes please take the latest nightly (currently 2502n) for a spin.
Best,
Steve
Disclaimer: This is a development version which has not been thoroughly tested yet, so bugs or crashes are to be expected.
