I have some Mails which GPGMail can't verify. The above error is shown. I have no clue what i could do, since it's not very verbose.
How does Mail.app differ between GPG Signatures and generally S/MIME-Signatures? Maybe this was a general S/Mime signature which GPGMail could not handle.
Or maybe i chose the wrong keyserver. Which keyserver do you recommend?

    Hi Simon,

due to the fact that this is alpha software and that we
wanted GPGMail 2.0 to be as similar as possible to the
S/MIME implementation we're also reusing their error messages,
but soon it became clear, they sometimes don't make
    much sense.
If you check the details you'll most likely see this is due
to the fact that the public key from the sender is not in your keychain.

Next versions will display proper and more suitable error messages.

    Hope that helps

Simon, is your question answered? Feel free to re-open if you need more info or if this feature is still missing in the next release.

    Cheers and all the best,
    steve
