with my keys, i stored a fingerprint and a password. but both are not accepted.

the pinentry requests you are seeing are happening due to the migration from MacGPG 2.0.x to 2.2.0.

Please read the following KB-article in it's entirety:
https://gpgtools.tenderapp.com/kb/faq/i-updated-to-gpg-suite-20171-...

and let me know if that brings you back to the expected state.

Best,

Thank you very much, now it works, my stored Password was wrong, I picked the right one from Mac Keychain.

But what was irritating me, probably because of my ‚not natural‘ english knowledge: Password and Passphrase is used as the same. And first I was searching for that f****** passphrase, that I could not find.
Maybe you should change that, and call it password OR passphrase.

With the best regards
Viele Grüße!
That's good news!

André, thanks for your feedback. Glad this now works as expected.

Regarding the passphrase / password inconsistency: We switched to password and have a ticket for that remaining change.
