<p>sorry to hear you are having issue using GPGTools.</p>
<p>1) GPGServices decryption failing: When you are doing the
encryption part with GPGServices please make sure to select your
own key if you want to decrypt the result afterwards.</p>
<p>2) GPG Keychain Access refresh issue: Could you try changing the
keyserver in the GPG Keychain Access > settings to</p>

<p>hkps.pool.sks-keyservers.net</p>
</blockquote>
<p>then retry. Which version of GPG Keychain Access are you
running? Your key ID isn't too sensitive. Anybody can see it next
to your mail address on the key servers. But if you don't feel
comfortable posting it here, you can switch this discussion to
private mode and it will no longer be public.<br>
Hm, you write you've already tried several key servers. Those can
be flakey. Hope we can figure out what's going wrong on your
machine.</p>
<p>3) You don't need every single file. The GPGTools installer
should be sufficient since it contains all the single
applications.</p>
<p>No worries, we were all new to encryption at one point or
another. It can be confusing but often a fun ride. :)</p>
