Describe your problem. Add as much detail as
possible.

I received an email from a new recipient (using Outlook 2013 and
GGP4Win) and Mail won't decrypt it. Error message is

An unknown error occurred while decrypting this message.
GPG error message:
gpg: invalid radix64 character 3A skipped
gpg: CRC error; 2B67D0 - 8DDCE8
gpg: [don't know]: invalid packet (ctb=55)
Please contact us, including the GPG error message, at https://gpgtools.tenderapp.com/

What did you expect instead

Message decryption!

Describe steps leading to the problem.

You'll notice blank lines in the screenshot. If I open this
message with Airmail 2 for exemple, there are none.

I get the same error if I copy the message with blank lines to
cyper.gpg and use the cmd line tool. I don't get an error when I do
the same thing with the more "compact" message.

Now, if I open the message as raw in Airmail, it has the blank
lines but they are gone in "normal view". I created an eml file to
be able to inspect the characters and everyline ends with \n\n,
therefore the blank lines.

I haven't checked the specs to see whether you "should" ignore
multiple \n or if that's a GPG4Win bug ;)

Hope this helps.

If your problem concerns GPGMail, are other plugins
installed in Mail.app?

no

Frédéric Misereytag:gpgtools.tenderapp.com,2011-11-04:Comment/370302302015-07-17T17:35:58Z2015-07-17T17:35:58ZDecryption failed with unknown error!

Hi Frédéric,

thanks for the report. Could you please download and install our
latest nightly
build and see if the problem persists. That page also has sig
and SHA1 to verify the download.

All the best, steve
