Hi

I'm installed beta 3 for Yosemite and everything seams to work fine but the key-lock is closed opposed to what the manual say.
What can be the problem?

   It's the received test-mail which have the key-lock closed to be clear

   Hi Jake,

   congratiulations to your good eyes :)

   This is a change we made in GPG Suite beta 3. Many users where reporting "not encrypted" mails with an open lock, while the lock was supposed to indicate that they have received an encrypted mail which already has been decrypted (thus the open lock).

   Since that was confusing to too many people we now just show the closed lock. Ideally the user would never run into an encrypted mail which does not get decrypted and then never see the closed lock.

   We hope this icon change is more intuitive for new users. So to get back to your question: This is very much wanted and expected.
