Won't generate key at all in yosemite

Hi All
Can't get the software to run on Yosemite. Have tried installing latest nightly but no joy. As such it won't work with Thunderbird either. Have attached a screen shot of the message, anyone help?

   GPG keychain is not always working. It works on my Macbook but not on my iMac.

   Hi Leroy,

   are you on OS X 10.10 or 10.10.1?

   Could you please try the following: re-download the beta GPG Suite from our homepage. Then run the uninstaller first. After that, re-install the GPG Suite.

   When that is done open GPGPreferences and set everything except GPGMail to the nightly channel. Do check for updates from within GPGPreferences and install those.

   Are you then able to create a key with GPG Keychain?

   If you are still seeing this problem, could you please open console.app and see if it spits out any related error messages. Please copy those and add them to this discussion.
