Thanks for the report. We are already aware about this and do have a ticket:

This "only" concerns OS X 10.7. I'll let you know as soon as the nightly is back in working state.
You can revert to the stable if you need a working GPG Keychain Access right now.

Fixed in latest nightly: https://releases.gpgtools.org/nightlies/
