GPGServices in Mac Outlook 2011

Hi there,

during my search for a possibility tu use GPG Tool for my Mac Outlook 2011 I experienced the following:

I was wondering, why I had no access to the decrypt menu item in the right click menu. If you have a encrypted file, you can just decrypt it with a right click.

After some research I found out, that under HD/Library/Services/GPGServices.service/Info.plist it is configured by the NSApplicationIdentifier key, for which app the services are to be provided. So I added com.microsoft.Outook as a string and it finally worked after restarting the services and Outlook.

I just mark the PGP Container in Outlook and decrypt it into a new window by right-click->services->OpenPGP:Decrypt Selection to new Window. Fantastic and easy - until now.. If I do it now a window is coming up, saying: "Someone tampered with your installation of GPGServices. To keep you safe, GPGSerives will exit now" So - yes indeed - but it was me. Has anybody an idea what I can do ?

Thanks !

Tino, could you please download and install our latest nightly build and see if the problem persists.

You can find sig and SHA1 on the GPGTools Nightlies page.

Make sure GPGServices is activated: http://support.gpgtools.org/kb/faq-gpgservices/how-do-i-activate-th...

I tested this with Outlook 2011 and was able to right-click and encrypt + sign text in a new mail just fine.

    All the best, steve

Disclaimer: This is a development version which has not been thoroughly tested yet - bugs or crashes are to be expected. Thanks for helping us test.
