Just a heads up. I installed OS X Yosemite and GPG Mail was causing the Mail.app to crash if I tried to draft a new e-mail. I ended up having to download the suite again and reinstall. This seems to have fixed the issue.

  1. GPG Mail no longer working after macOS update

We do our best to ensure that macOS updates won't disable GPGMail. For that to work, please ensure automatic update checks are enabled in System Settings > GPG Suite > Updates.

Ok, scratch that. I think since the Beta 2 update for 10.10 it has been crashing again. I can open Mail and read mail but if I try to respond or draft a new message the Mail app will hang then crash.

The only thing you can do at the moment is to compile our yosemite branch of GPGMail yourself.
I've added some fixes to that branch which will prevent it from crashing, but other stuff might not be working.
If time allows we should have a more or less working version in one of the next nightlies.
