GPGMail and Tools stop working

Hello GPG Team,

since yesterday (w/o) changing anything :) gpgmail and tools stop working, because the GPG conf and keys weren't found.
How can i get the tools running again ?
OS: Lion 10.7.2 GPGTools Version from 20111110.dmg.

   … next trouble with the mail plugin of gpg, if i try to read a mail with an certificate or something else which needs gpg mail.app crash.

   Thank you for your feedback. Good that a reinstall fixed your issue. Still we should identify why GPGMail crashed and other tools stopped to work.

   @Luke: GPGMail should never crash ;)

   yes another installation run solved the problem, it's a bit strange but it works again.

   This problem is already fixed in the devel version of GPGMail and will be resolved in the next release.
