available on nightly now.
Could you please install that and check if your error persists?

Luke Letag:gpgtools.tenderapp.com,2011-11-04:Comment/180866842012-08-17T12:19:22Z2012-08-17T12:19:30ZCant create key

Same issue with this error:

Hmm... strange the issue still persists. I'll pass it along to the
GPG Keychain Access dev.

Luke Letag:gpgtools.tenderapp.com,2011-11-04:Comment/180866842012-08-18T15:21:29Z2012-08-18T15:21:29ZCant create key

Bill, we had an issue with key creation. That was fixed, and
that's why we're a bit puzzled that again there seems to be
(another?) issues with key creation.

In GPG Keychain Access then About, what version do you see?

Stevetag:gpgtools.tenderapp.com,2011-11-04:Comment/180866842012-08-18T15:57:09Z2012-08-18T15:57:10ZCant create key

GPG Keychain Access
You can see that in Mail.app -> Preferences -> GPGMail

Also, please check the Console.app for any errors related
gpg

Luke Letag:gpgtools.tenderapp.com,2011-11-04:Comment/180866842012-08-19T15:17:09Z2012-08-19T15:17:16ZCant create key

GPGMail: 2.0a31
longer working?
It sounds like that to me.

But best, try to uninstall GPGMail to know for sure.
It should be located in either /Library/Mail/Bundles or
~/Library/Mail/Bundles

You can remove it or simple move it somewhere else.

Please let us know if that worked.

Luke Letag:gpgtools.tenderapp.com,2011-11-04:Comment/180866842012-08-19T16:01:33Z2012-08-19T16:01:36ZCant create key

Seems to have worked it self out. I called my host and they
