How to generate iGolder-like outputs using public keys that I can copy/paste into messages / forums?

When I create a text file and then 'encrypt' it, I get a .pgp file. What I'm hoping for is to use someone else's public key to generate a PGP output that I can copy/paste and send them.

Is this possible using your tool?
