cannot encrypt mail (web)

the encrypt button on the mail is not work, i only can signature my mail

   thank you for your feedback. Have you already had a look at the chapter "Your first encrypted mail" at
   http://support.gpgtools.org/kb/faq/first-steps-where-do-i-start-whe...? It says: "It is important to understand that you can only encrypt to someone of whom you have the public key in your keychain. The mail address you write to have to match the mail address associated with the according public key".

   Does this help?

   I have another question. when i encrypt my file, there are only OpenPGP, insert my key and insert my fingerprint. No other options that shows in the screen cast. What's the reason?

   Good hear that. Have a look at the screencast again - you've to enable some services in the preferences first: http://www.gpgtools.org/gpgservices/images/prefs.png
