GPG Mail: Partly signed emails cannot be scrolled
Hey!
I've just notice that when the messages are signed they look like this unless they are on single window for them. This image is from a chain of messages and someone is signing their messages. They look like that when I'm looking to them on mail on a conversation view.
Is this normal?

Hi Luis,
what you are seeing is a partly signed message. This is expected for emails coming from a mailing list like in the example case you posted a screenshot of.
The "x" instead of the "✓" in the star icon in the security header is explained in the top blue banner. As you do not have the public key of the person signing the message you are unable to verify the signature. You could ask them to send their public key or search the key server for the public key.
Let me know if this answers your question.
Best,
Steve

Hey!
The problem is not that they are unsigned. I know about that, and it's fine. The problem is that the size of the message on the window is much smaller and doesn't show the full message —and can't be expanded— in contract to the unsigned messages which are shown in full.
I don't know if this is the expected behavior, or it's a bug. Either way, this ins't good. Messages either they are signed or not and whether you have the public key or not, should be shown in fully.
Perhaps in the below image you can see the problem.

We have a ticket for this problem which is being tracked as GPGM#1089. I connected this discussion with the existing ticket. That means, should this discussion get closed, it will be re-opened as soon as the ticket is closed. That way you stay in the loop and will receive info as soon as we have news. Feel free to open a new discussion should you run into further problems or need assistance.
As a workaround until this is fixed it should be possible to reply to or forward the message in question to read it in its entirety. Clearly this is not a solution but merely a workaround for the time being.
All the best,
Steve
