"next week" was last week. Any news or problems?
During the delay i use thunderbird. but that's not my preferred way. I hope you'll deploy GPG Mail for Big Sur as soon as possible. Thank you.

It's a shame that every time a new release comes out, statements are made and then not honoured.
A week has gone by and nothing and not even any news.
Sad

Seems that beta versions of the new macOS being released by Apple every year, are not designated for GPGTools personally, thus GPGTools does not even look at that option until the final version comes out.
It's not even a question of my personal responsibility for the decision to install Apple Betas. Every year - same shit - new macOS is out, and probably 3-4 weeks after GPGTools will release at least anything. Of course, with a statement on Support site "Next week" which is dated 1 week maximum after official Apple release.
Good job. Bravo.

Yes, the situation could be much better. I don't understand why the Big Sur betas are not used to be prepared for a new GPG release. There are public betas where you do not have to pay for … Well I payed for GPG Tools, and I would also pay a small update fee if the upgrade would be published immediately with a new macOS version.

Is there a forked version of GPG Tools that is in more-active development that does not have the licensing lock? I am annoyed I payed €24.20 for this software only a month ago, and now this has happened. The communication has not been good, and I would be interested in whether there is an alternative.

Yes I also paid for GPG mail subscription and also use Thunderbird. But today Nov 24 Thunderbird is also not officially supported in macOS Big Sur. There is native support for OpenPGP in Thunderbird Version 78.5.0 which I use. I think I will wait a few more weeks and let Apple's Big Sur, Mozilla's Thunderbird & GPGTools figure out how to all work well together before installing BigSur. I Guess i'm on Maui Time no worries get it right !
