GPG Keychain: Not saving passphrase to macOS Keychain

Every time I have to use my key I am being asking to type out my passphrase for my key. Even though I check the box to store in my macOS Key chain it still asks me after a few hours and I have to do it again.

Expected
I expect my passphrase stored in my keychain so that I don’t have to keep entering it.

   Hi Nicholas,

   welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.

   There was a bug on older macOS versions which was fixed in macOS Catalina. So the fact you are reporting this problem from 10.15.6 indicates you are seeing a different problem.

   Could you please restart your mac and see if that changes anything for the better or worse.
