    Hi Laurence,

    welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.

    You can uninstall GPG Suite with the uninstaller that comes with it. Then re-install and select the custom install option in the installer. You can then deselect GPG Suite Preferneces.
