Was working a few hours ago ….. Now I have an error and recipients of my message cannot decrypt my messages.

Expected
I expected the GPG suit to decrypt the block of code as it did multiple times a few hours back. Even if I create a new Pub key the suit will not decrypt message.

Additional info
https://gpgtools.tenderapp.com/discussions/problems/89591-code38-fa... …. I did perform the steps described by the support team, the test worked. But the problem still persist while using the GPG application.

    Hi Admin,

welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.

Can you send a screenshot of the error message you are seeing please.

Can you create a new encrypted text snippet and then see if you are able to decrypt.

How did you store the text snippet you are having problems with?

    Best,
    Steve
