GPG Mail: Mail Plugin doesn't work after Update on OS X Catalina
Dear Sir or Madam,
after OS update to Catalina the mail plugin has been permanently disabled.
How do I reinstall the gpg-tools?
Expected that it works after system update!

thanks for taking the time to report this problem.
GPG Suite 2019.2 which comes with GPG Mail 4 and adds macOS Catalina compatibility is available on our website https://gpgtools.org/download. Automatic updates will still follow.
Please download and install GPG Suite 2019.2 and retry the activation.
Don't hesitate to get in touch if you have additional questions.
All the best,
