<p>anywhere i search online for the issue"unusable public key", they all are using a public key ID to edit it and change trust level. but I dont see that ID in mine. <p>As it seems you are using gpg on linux, this question may be best asked at the <a href="https://gnupg.org/documentation/mailing-lists.html">gnupg users mailling list</a>.</p>
<p>But maybe this reply already will solve your problem. "unusable public key" could indicate that your key and / or subkey have expired. Please extend both as required and see if that brings you back to working state.</p>
