GPG Mail 4.0 funktioniert nicht bzw. erscheint auch nicht in den Plugins nach Installation GPG Suite 2019.2 (kann passieren, falls SIP während der Installation deaktiviert war)

Hi!

Ich habe heute die GPG Suite 2019.2 auf Catalina installiert (siehe Anhang 1); ich hatte vorher 2019.1, welche aber seit der Installation von Catalina nicht mehr funktionierte.

In Mail ist GPG jetzt aber nicht mehr vorhanden und in der Liste der Plugins erscheint es auch nicht zu aktivieren (siehe Anhang) – was kann ich tun? Ich würde gerne endlich wieder (auf Catalina) meine Mail ver-/entschlüsseln!

    willkommen im GPGTools Support-Forum. Entschuldigung, dass es Probleme bei der Benutzung von GPG Suite gibt.

    Hier die Schritte, wie das Problem zu lösen ist. Lass mich wissen, sollte das Englisch ein Problem darstellen:

    We have received reports about GPGMailLoader.mailbundle not being shown in Mail > Preferences > Manage Plug-Ins… This can happen on systems where SIP (System Integrity Protection) was disabled during installation of GPG Suite.

    The solution is to enable Full Disk Access and after that running a Terminal command.
    Steps:

    1. Close Mail.app
    2. Open System Preferences › Security › Privacy
    3. Enable Terminal under Full Disk Access
    4. Restart Terminal when prompted

    5. Run the following command:

      rm -rf ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.mail/Data/DataVaults

    6. Open Mail

    The loader bundle should now be visible.

    Please let me know if that is then the case for you. if successful feel free to remove Terminal.app from the Full Disk Access list.
