GPGServices: App not responding

I am unable to decrypt messages.
I tried to re import my private key, but got the error message below.

Everything in the keychain looks fine. But the app itself is unresponsive.

Expected
I expected the app to respond as it always has.

Additional info
The “OpenPGP: Import Key from Selection” service could not be used because the “GPGServices” application did not respond to a request for services.

The “OpenPGP: Decrypt Selection to New Window” service could not be used because the “GPGServices” application did not respond to a request for services.

   Hi Lisa,

   welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.

   You are using an outdated version of GPG Suite. Please install 2019.2 from our website and see if the problem then persists.

   PS: To ensure you receive notifications about updates, you may want to check you have automatic update checks enabled in System Preferences > GPG Suite.
