What you are observing is by choice, since we are rolling out 2019.2 slowly. On Monday or Tuesday we will release it via auto-update. At that time you would also see the correct message that 2019.2 is the latest version.</p>

<p>GPG Suite 2019.2 which comes with GPG Mail 4 and adds macOS Catalina compatibility is available on our website <a href="https://gpgtools.org/download">https://gpgtools.org/download</a>. Automatic updates will still follow.</p>
