Installer opens Safari, not default browser

**Which of our tools is giving you problems?**

Main GPGTools installer

**What’s the version of that tool?**

2013.07.31 (and also previous version)

**What version of OS X are you using?**

10.6.8

**Please describe your problem. Add as much detail as possible.**

When I run the installer, it automatically opens a "First Steps" knowledge base webpage, which seems sensible. But that webpage opens in Safari, even though I already have another perfectly good web browser set as the system default (and for that matter already running).

**Please describe what you did expect instead**

I would expect the "First steps" page to open in whatever browser is set as the system default.
