    Hi Charles,

    welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.

    Can you please re-download GPG Suite from our website and re-install that build. The problem that you are seeing has been fixed and the build now available includes the fix.

    We are very sorry for the bad experience.

    Please let us know if after re-installing everything is working as expected.
