<p>System Preferences > GPG Suite Preferences does not hold any keys. It just displays existing sec/pub keys so you can select and define your default key.</p>
<p>To remove keys from GPG Keychain, make a backup of all your keys: This <a href="https://gpgtools.tenderapp.com/kb/gpg-keychain-faq/backup-or-transfer-your-keys">KB-article</a> explains how to backup keys or your entire .gnupg folder.</p>
<p>Then remove the keys you want to remove from GPG Keychain</p>
