Which of our tools is giving you problems? GNU Privacy Assistant ............... gpg4win?

Attach a screenshot of the version info for all installed components (how to: https://gpgtools.tenderapp.com/kb/faq/where-can-i-find-version-info...):

Describe your problem. Add as much detail as possible. I accidentally deleted some of the files of the GNU Privacy Assistant tool and every time i try to decrypt something it says "wrong passphrase". I then went on to upload my private key and it says

"The GPGME library returned an unexpected error at gpakeypasswdop.c:212. The error was:

General error

This is either an installation problem or a bug in GPA.
GPA will now try to recover from this error.

I am not sure what is happening, sorry for being a noob, I'd greatly appreciate it if you could help me out. Thanks

What did you expect instead I expected the message i received to decrypt :(

Describe steps leading to the problem. I paste the encrypted message i received onto the clipboard and press "decrypt". then a pop-up comes saying 'wrong passphrase". so i then go onto the key manager to change the passphrase for my key and this pops up;

The GPGME library returned an unexpected
error at gpakeypasswdop.c:212. The error was:

General error

This is either an installation problem or a bug in GPA.
GPA will now try to recover from this error.

Are you using any other Mail.app plugins? I have no idea what this is, but i dont think so. [again, sorry for being a noob :( ]
