Import PGP Keys through terminal

welcome to the GPGTools community support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite. Since you are writing from a windows machine, this may be the wrong support forum.
If you are looking for gnupg on windows, your question is best asked at the gnupg users mailling list.
