MacGPG: New tag for GPGTools pinentry?

Hi there,

I noticed that you've cut a new version of pinentry at https://github.com/GPGTools/pinentry/commit/913d5076f5359d065ff90de....

Could you please push a tag as well, so that we can use it in the corresponding Homebrew formula at https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/blob/7f65b681ae33702478e9...?

   Oh, and, incidentally, doing pinentry-mac --version returns pinentry-mac (pinentry) 1.3.2-unknown.

   Is that intentional? The previous version showed pinentry-mac (pinentry) 1.1.1, which is closer to what one would expect.
