GPG Mail on macOS 13 runs fine as per our website https://gpgtools.com/
We would recommend you install the latest macOS 13 security patch available from Apple.
If you run into trouble with the setup, don't hesitate to ask.
We don't recommend upgrading to macOS 14 Sonoma yet, as GPG Mail for that OS is still in beta status.
