How to know which public keys were used to encrypt a .gpg file?

    Hi José,

welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry that GPG Suite is causing problems for you.

In order to find out which keys were used to encrypt a certain file you can use the following command:

    gpg --list-packets path_to_file.txt.gpg

Let me know if that worked.

    All the best,
    Steve
